Does EstateLux require a CMS or CRM?
No. The theme is fully static. Properties, posts, testimonials, services, contact details, and navigation are edited locally through Astro Content Collections and TypeScript data files.
How does the contact form work without a backend?
The demo form builds a mailto link and opens the visitor email client. Phone and email links are included throughout the theme, and the README explains how to replace the contact details.
Can I replace the demo properties?
Yes. Add or edit Markdown/MDX files in src/content/properties and reference local image keys from src/data/images.ts.
Can animations be reduced?
Yes. Motion scripts check prefers-reduced-motion, and the README shows where to adjust animation intensity for a quieter brand experience.
